Wall Mounted Configuration| Muffin Monster®
This legendary sewage grinder has the power to tear through the toughest solids. The dual shafted grinder turns rags, plastics, leaves, branches, clothing and debris into small particles that flow easily through pumps and systems. The grinder is positioned in front of the influent pipeline to grind all sewage and debris as it enters the wet well. The Muffin Monster fits to the wall of almost any pump station with their custom made stainless steel guide rails and support base. With built in overflow bar racks, wastewater surges safely pass up and over the grinder while rags and wipes are caught and retained by the bar rack.

In-channel Configuration | Muffin Monster®
The Muffin Monster easily installs in gravity fed sewer channels almost anywhere – and we mean anywhere – on the wall of a pump station, in a deep channel or in a dedicated grinder manhole. The grinder uses an incredibly efficient 3 or 5-hp (2.2 or 3.7 kW) motor and generates a ton of cutting force at peak loads. Grinders are installed upstream of the pump. The Muffin Monster in-channel is also extremely easy to install. Bolt in the custom made support frame provided. Slide the grinder into place – and that’s it you’re grinding sewage!

High Flow In-channel | Muffin Monster®
The photo just doesn’t do this Monster justice, it is truly a beast. The patented Channel Monster integrates rotating screening drums with proven Muffin Monster grinder technology. The system accommodates high-flows while shredding solids (such as rags, trash, rocks and disposable wipes) into particles that flow harmlessly through pumps, pipes and processes.

Channel, In-line | Muffin Monster®
This in-line sewer grinder can fit almost anywhere – underground, on the ceiling, upside down, in a closet or just about anywhere you need to grind solids and debris to keep the wastewater flowing smoothly. In-line Muffin Monsters are installed anywhere upstream of the pump and can even be installed right in front of the pump’s inlet. Wastewater will flow through the grinder via gravity or via pump suction.
OPTIONS: Baldor immersible motor; 7, 11 or 13-tooth cutters depending on the particle size needed.
Dry well, In-line | Muffin Monster Manhole®
Dig a hole and you’re done! The Muffin Monster Manhole (M3) makes it easier to install a grinder in sewage lines. This fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) manhole has the exclusive Muffin Monster grinder that shreds troublesome solids and eliminates costly pump breakdowns. Try to install this grinder manhole as close to the sewer pumping station as possible. The M3 is customizable based on site requirements. The manhole diameter is 4’ (1.2m). The depth of the manhole can reach up to 30′ (9m) and in some cases more.
